Winemaking
Tomorrow Cellars wines start as real California wine. Our alcohol removed Sparkling Blanc de Rhône is crafted from Marsanne and Sauvignon Blanc grapes from sustainably farmed vineyards in Northern California. The wine was fermented in stainless steel for a crisp, fresh mouthfeel. The alcohol is gently removed utilizing vacuum distillation to preserve aromas and flavors. Lively bubbles are added via forced stone carbonation before bottling.
Tasting Notes
The wine shimmers pale gold in the glass, with a fragrance of crisp pears, jasmine, citrus, and green apple. The palate dances with lemon meringue, apricot, yuzu, and wet stone. Dry, crisp, and fresh, the fine bubbles carry the layers of flavor through to the finish.
Pairing Suggestions
Tomorrow Cellars Blanc de Rhone is an ideal aperitif served with soft cheeses, nuts, and a freshly shucked oyster. Splash a few ounces of these bubbles with your favorite NA amaro for a delicious no-buzz cocktail.
What Does <0.5% ABV Mean?
Because our wines start as real wine, the FDA requires us to label them as <0.5% ABV. In practice, they contain less alcohol than what’s naturally found in everyday foods—like a ripe banana (~0.4% ABV) or a glass of orange juice (~0.7% ABV). Learn more on our blog.
