All Tomorrow Cellars wines start as real wine. Our alcohol removed Red Blend begins with Petite Sirah grapes from sustainably farmed vineyards in Northern California and is aged for 14 months in one-year-old French oak barrels. After gently dealcoholizating the wine, we add a custom botanical blend crafted by master mixologist Ian Blessing of All the Bitter. Made with whole ingredients like cassis, blueberry, and cacao, the blend enhances and lifts the wine’s natural character. The result is a complex, elegant red that’s intentionally lighter in body.
What does <0.5% ABV mean?
Because our wines start as real wine, the FDA requires us to label them as <0.5% ABV. In practice, they contain less alcohol than what’s naturally found in everyday foods—like a ripe banana (~0.4% ABV) or a glass of orange

Tasting Notes
Key ingredients like cassis, dark cherry, blueberry, cocoa, and oak evoke rich fruit and tannin structure. At the same time, warm spices and the subtle green notes of mint and sage add lift and intrigue, complementing the wine without overpowering it.
