Refund Policy
We are happy to offer a 30-day refund policy for orders placed through www.tomorrowcellars.com. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of the order date by emailing contact@tomorrowcellars.com, and we will assist you with a refund, less shipping fees. We cannot offer refunds for orders over 30 days old. Wholesale orders and purchases made from third-party retailers are exempt from this policy.
Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If your order is returned to our warehouse due to an issue with the shipping provider, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment. We cannot issue refunds to a different form of payment. Please note that depending on your credit or debit card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days to post the credit to your account.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please contact us within 30 days of your order date regarding any damages or shipment issues.
