Winemaking
All Tomorrow Cellars alcohol removed wines start as real wine. The Rhône Blanc is made from Marsanne, a Rhône varietal that we source from sustainably farmed
vineyards in Northern California. We use traditional winemaking techniques to fully ferment and produce the wine, and once we have a delicious base wine, we use innovative technology to remove the alcohol molecules while preserving all the flavor and aromas.
What does <0.5% ABV mean?
Because our wines start as real wine, the FDA requires us to label them as <0.5% ABV. In practice, they contain less alcohol than what’s naturally found in everyday foods—like a ripe banana (~0.4% ABV) or a glass of orange juice (~0.7% ABV). Learn more on our blog.
Tasting Notes
Opening with subtle floral aromas, this wine offers tropical notes of ripe pears and honeysuckle and finishes with a lively punch of citrus zest.
Pairing Suggestions
Some of our favorite food pairings are seafood, notably richer varieties like crab and mussels. Roast chicken, pasta with cream sauce, and almost any spicy Asian dish are beautifully complemented by this multi-dimensional wine. Tomorrow Cellars Rhone Blanc is exceptionally superb as an aperitif shared with friends.
