Tomorrow Cellars non-alcoholic red wine at a summer dinner party

Introducing our Red Blend

When we launched Tomorrow Cellars, we started with white wines—but from day one, we knew a red would be essential. We’re red wine lovers at heart, and if we wanted to stay true to our mission of making exceptional nonalcoholic wine accessible to all, we had to create a red that delivered the full experience, without compromise.

But here’s the thing: red wines are notoriously difficult to make well without alcohol. More than in whites, alcohol plays a big role in carrying the richness, structure, and depth that red wine drinkers crave. So the challenge was clear: how do we capture all that complexity in a nonalcoholic wine?

The Answer: Innovation from Grape to Glass
As with all our wines, the process began by sourcing quality grapes and making a full-strength base wine with serious flavor and structure. We chose Petite Sirah for its natural richness, deep color, and bold tannins—exactly the kind of backbone we needed for a satisfying red. The fermented wine was then aged in one-year-old French Oak prior to removing the alcohol.

Once dealcoholized, the wine had promise, and we were excited, but we knew it needed just a touch more to really come alive.

Enter Botanical Magic
We’ve been longtime fans of Ian Blessing, founder of All The Bitter. If you’ve tried his bitters, you know he’s a magician with flavor. If you haven’t, consider this your cue. Ian is a former sommelier at The French Laundry, and his palate and creativity are next-level. When we set out to create the most wine-like nonalcoholic red possible, we knew he was the perfect partner to help get us there.

Ian crafted a custom botanical extract made from real, whole ingredients like cassis, blueberry, dark cherry, cacao, and a blend of herbs and spices. When added to the dealcoholized Petite Sirah, the extract reawakens the flavors already in the wine to create a blend with true depth and character that is full of flavor.

What to Expect in the Glass
Our Red Blend is styled like a light claret—balanced, easy-drinking, and wonderfully food-friendly. Look for integrated tannins, a soft oak texture, and nuanced notes of cassis, dried herbs, cocoa, and dark fruit.

Like all Tomorrow Cellars wines, the Red Blend is designed to be enjoyed anytime and anywhere. We’ve poured it for pizza nights, backyard BBQs, and even steak dinners—and it shines every time. It’s proof that nonalcoholic wine can hold its own at the table. We hope you enjoy! Cheers.
