Winemaking
This refreshing, non-alcoholic white wine blend is crafted from a blend of 85% Marsanne and 15% Viognier grapes. Our source vineyards are sustainably farmed in the Mokelumne River AVA located in Southwestern Lodi, California. The soil in the area is alluvial fan deposits of sand and loam. The wine was fermented in stainless steel for a crisp, fresh mouthfeel. The alcohol was gently removed using vacuum distillation technology, preserving the aromas and flavors. Natural essences complement the blend, delivering a alcohol-removed wine of exceptional quality and taste.
Tasting Notes
Opening with subtle floral aromas, this wine offers tropical notes of ripe pears and honeysuckle and finishes with a lively punch of citrus zest.
Pairing Suggestions
Some of our favorite food pairings are seafood, notably richer varieties like crab and mussels. Roast chicken, pasta with cream sauce, and almost any spicy Asian dish are beautifully complemented by this multi-dimensional wine. Tomorrow Cellars Rhone Blanc is exceptionally superb as an aperitif shared with friends.
What does <0.5% ABV really mean?
Because our wines start as real wine, the FDA requires us to label them as <0.5% ABV. In practice, they contain less alcohol than what’s naturally found in everyday foods—like a ripe banana (~0.4% ABV) or a glass of orange
juice (~0.7% ABV). Learn more on our blog.
