Winemaking
This refreshing, alcohol-removed white wine is crafted from Marsanne grapes sourced from sustainably farmed vineyards in the Mokelumne River AVA of Lodi, California, where sandy, loamy soils help produce bright, expressive fruit.
The wine is fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness and create a crisp, clean mouthfeel. Alcohol is then gently removed using vacuum distillation, a process designed to preserve the wine’s delicate aromas and flavors.
Tasting Notes
Expect lemon blossom and subtle jasmine on the nose, notes of crisp Anjou pears, and a lively citrus zest finish.
Pairing Suggestions
Some of our favorite food pairings are seafood, notably richer varieties like crab and mussels. Roast chicken, pasta with cream sauce, and almost any spicy Asian dish are beautifully complemented by this multi-dimensional wine. Tomorrow Cellars Rhone Blanc is exceptionally superb as an aperitif shared with friends.
What does <0.5% ABV really mean?
Because our wines start as real wine, the FDA requires us to label them as <0.5% ABV. In practice, they contain less alcohol than what’s naturally found in everyday foods—like a ripe banana (~0.4% ABV) or a glass of orange juice (~0.7% ABV). Learn more on our blog.
