About This Sampler

Rhône Blanc
A refreshing, non-alcoholic white wine made from Marsanne, one of the original Rhône varietals initially cultivated in the Rhone Valley of France. This wine was made from fruit sourced from sustainably farmed vineyards in Northern California.

Red Blend
A complex, elegant, non-alcoholic red wine grounded in Petite Sirah sourced from sustainably farmed vineyards. Aged 14 months in one-year-old French oak barrels, this alcohol-removed red wine is intentionally lighter in body, a natural result of the alcohol removal.

Tomorrow Cellars is living proof that you don’t have to give up the feel of real wine when choosing on a non-alcoholic option.

Natalie GaleThe Good Trade

The new Rhone Blanc is easily one of my favorite NA white wines on the market. It's crisp, nuanced yet crushable.

Ian BlessingFounder of All the Bitter

Still wines are notoriously difficult to replicate, but Tomorrow Cellars nails it with their Rhône Blanc.

I was really impressed by this non-alcoholic wine — it actually tastes like wine, not just grape juice. It has great balance and depth, with enough body to hold up next to a full meal

This 2023 Rhône Blanc is the kind of wine you wouldn’t think twice about bringing to a dinner party where everyone else is drinking regular wine.

The Modern SubstituteReview, March 2025

This is definitely a holy grail non-alcoholic red! Hailing from a California winery, it’s new to the category but wowza!!

How Tomorrow Is Made

  1. Select

We select Marsanne and Petite Sirah from growers in Lodi, California.

  2. Ferment and Age

Rhône Blanc ferments in stainless steel. Red Blend rests 14 months in French oak.

  3. Remove

The alcohol is removed at low temperature.

Questions

How is the alcohol removed from Tomorrow?

For the current vintage we use vacuum distillation and a spinning cone column. Under vacuum, the alcohol distills out at temperatures that leave the flavors and aromas in the wine. The spinning cone finishes the job quickly, so the wine spends less time near heat.

Are Tomorrow wines alcohol free?

Our methods leave a small amount of residual alcohol after we remove the rest. Less than 0.5% alcohol by volume, as every label states. In practice, this is about as much alcohol as exists in a ripe banana.

How should I store Tomorrow?

Keep unopened bottles at room temperature, in the pantry or a wine rack. Once you open a bottle, keep the wine in the fridge.

Can I cook with Tomorrow?

Yes. Tomorrow adds flavor to a dish. Without the alcohol, our wines may behave differently in the pan than full-strength wine, so taste as you go.

Does Tomorrow contain sulfites?

Yes. All wines contain some sulfites that occur naturally. We add a small amount more after the alcohol is removed, to protect each wine. Every label lists sulfites.

How long does an unopened bottle keep?

We recommend drinking each Tomorrow wine within 18 months.
