The new Rhone Blanc is easily one of my favorite NA white wines on the market. It's crisp,nuanced yet crushable.
Still wines are notoriously difficult to replicate, but Tomorrow Cellars nails it with their Rhône Blanc.
I was really impressed by this non-alcoholic wine — it actually tastes like wine, not just grape juice. It has great balance and depth, with enough body to hold up next to a full meal
This 2023 Rhône Blanc is the kind of wine you wouldn’t think twice about bringing to a dinner party where everyone else is drinking regular wine.
This is definitely a holy grail non-alcoholic red! Hailing from a California winery, it’s new to the category but wowza!!
How Tomorrow Is Made
Select
We select Marsanne and Petite Sirah from growers in Lodi, California.
Ferment and Age
Rhône Blanc ferments in stainless steel. Red Blend rests 14 months in French oak.
Remove
The alcohol is removed at low temperature.
