A Note from Our Founders
Neighbors in California Wine Country, we bonded over a shared love of wine—and a shared question: what if we could enjoy the richness and ritual of wine, without the alcohol?
Like many, we’d each begun rethinking our relationship with alcohol. Dry Januarys, health journeys, and life shifts had us reaching for alternatives—but what we found didn’t have the quality we were looking for. We wanted something we could proudly pour at dinner, bring to a party, or open on a quiet night at home—especially in a place like Napa, where wine is culture.
With David’s background in innovation and Tracy’s deep roots in the wine industry, we saw a clear opportunity: to create non-alcoholic wines that could truly hold their own. Flavorful, expressive, and thoughtfully crafted, Tomorrow Cellars is our answer.

While many NA wines rely on post-processing additives to achieve flavor, we focus on making a delicious, complex wine from the start—carefully selecting aromatic grape varieties and using unique techniques after pressing to boost flavor.
