A Nonalcoholic Strawberry Spritz for Mother's Day & Beyond

It’s a happy coincidence that Mother’s Day and the start of berry season arrive together—so we thought, what better way to toast to Mom than with a spritz made from the very first strawberries of the season?

Mix up a batch of these bubbly, nonalcoholic Strawberry Spritzes and raise a glass to the mother figure in your life. Going alcohol-free means you can enjoy them anytime—brunch, sunset, or anywhere in between—without anything to slow you down.

Cheers to moms everywhere. You deserve it all.

Ingredients (Serves 2)
• 2oz strawberry puree
• 6oz Tomorrow Cellars Rhône Blanc
• 2oz club soda
• Sliced strawberry for garnish

Directions
Start by making the strawberry purée. Rinse and hull 2–3 ripe organic strawberries, then slice them in half. Add to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. For a silky texture, strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove the seeds (optional).

Fill a wine glass with ice. Pour in strawberry puree, Rhône Blanc, sparkling water and stir to combine. Garnish with sliced strawberry and serve.
